Tenganan Festival (7th to 8th of June 2018)
Tenganan Pegringsingan is one of some old villages in Bali, which are usually called as “Bali Agaâ€.
In this village we will be able to witness the “original†Balinese life, where the villagers are holding close the culture and the village regulation.
Mekare-kare or “pandan†war is a unique tradition from this village. This tradition uses cut thorny pandan leaves and a shield made of a special material called ata. This tradition symbolizes the devotion to God Indra, the God of War. This ritual also symbolizes the braveness of the troop of God Indra that is shown in the war training.
Tenganan Festival takes place in Tenganan Pegringsingan village. It is held to introduce the village itself together with its potentials, and also to bring out all the potentials of Karangase.

Karangasem Festival  (14th to 27th of June 2018)
Karangasem Government is now setting some efforts to introduce its tourism potentials to the world. It is now managing some products to be known as the icon of Karangasem.
Karangasem Festival is held to introduce Karangasem potentials to the world, and also to encourage youngters of Karangasem to value and also to preserve the heritage.

Pesona Tulamben Festival (27th – 29 of July 2018)
Tulamben is a tourist destination in Karangasem, which is renowned for its wonderful underwater panorama.
Its excotic marine life makes Tulamben famous among divers, for this place is very good for diving and also snorkeling.
There is also the wreck of “USS Liberty†that is the main reason for most divers to come to this place, where they will be able to witnes 400 species of fish there.
Tulamben Festival takes place in Tulamben village to introduce the area together with its potential, and also to introduce the unique art and culture of Karangasem.

Karangasem Expo (14th to 27th of August)
Karangasem is located in the eastern part of Bali Island. It is very rich with potentials including art, culture, and also home industry.
All those potentials should be introduced widely thru a special event.

Pesona Tirtagangga Festival (24th to 26th of August 2018)
Tirtagangga Water Garden is located in Ababi Village, of Abang District, approximately 5 km from Amlapura.
Tirtagangga was built in 1948 by King Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem.
Today, Tirtagangga is known widely as a recreation area, and outstandingly we can also see people praying in the Temple inside the water garden. Tirtagangga Festival is held to bring back the glory of Karangasem heritage.
Tirtagangga Festival will take place in Tirtagangga Water Garden, to promote the object itself and also to introduce the art, culture, and also the potential of Karangasem.

Karangasem Subak Festival (6th to 8th of September 2018)
Subak is the water management or irrigation system for rice fields in Bali. It is also applied in Karangasem.
Karangasem is rich with lush rice fields. The activities of local farmers are interesting to see. This becomes a different kind of attraction that will give us the vibration of peace.
Subak festival is held to represent the richness of Karangasem potential and also to preserve Subak itself.
The festival takes place in Sidemen, one of area in Karangasem with lush rice fields.

Ujung Water Palace Festival (15th to 17th of September 2018)
Ujung Water Palace is situated in Tumbu Village of Karangasem.
Ujung Water Palace was built in 1919 during the reign of King I Gusti Bagus Jelantik, who was also given the title Anak Agung Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem.
Ujung Water Palace Festival is held to bring back the glory of Karangasem heritage. It also intended to encourage youngsters of Karangasem to value and also to preserve the heritage.
Ujung Water Palace Festival will take place in Ujung Water Palace to promote the object itself and also to introduce the art, culture, and also the potential of Karangasem.

Agung Goat Run Trail Running (October 2018)
Agung Goat Run Trail Running is held to make Karangasem to be more widely known for its tourism potential, especially its beautiful nature, which is good for sport and adventure tourism.
Mount Agung, which is the highest mountain in Bali, is expected to draw the interest of participants to join this event, and is also expected to respresent the whole natural potential of Karangasem.
Agung Goat Run Trail Running will be held around Mont Agung.
